The first roll we ever made, and still the one we bake most. Butter and cinnamon sugar through a soft spiral, a thin glossy frosting. Quietly sticky. Eat it warm.

Ingredients

Bun — wheat flour, butter (milk), sugar, brown sugar, whole milk, cream (milk), egg, yeast, salt, cinnamon, vanilla.

Frosting — icing sugar and water. No cream cheese.

Contains wheat, milk and egg.

Best eaten the day they arrive, warmed. They keep 4–5 days at room temperature in an airtight container.
