Who we are
Cinnamon Dough House (“we”, “us”) sells cinnamon rolls from Truro, Cornwall, United Kingdom.

What we sell
Boxes of four cinnamon rolls and the Random Mixture Box described on this store. Photographs are of our buns; topping amount and swirl can vary slightly because they are finished by hand.
The contract
You must be 18 or over. Prices are in pounds sterling. The total, including delivery, is shown before you pay. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send a confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order if the product is unavailable, the address is outside the UK, payment fails, or the order looks fraudulent.
Payment
We take payment at checkout through Shopify. Shop Pay and the card brands shown at checkout are available. We do not take payment by bank transfer on this site.
Delivery
UK only. Rates and times are in our Shipping policy. Risk in the goods passes when the courier delivers to the address you gave (or according to courier rules if you redirect the parcel).
Perishable food
These products are food. They are liable to deteriorate rapidly. The statutory 14-day cancellation right does not apply once they have been dispatched. See our Refund and cancellation policy.
Allergens
You are responsible for reading the Allergens page before you buy. Our bakery is small and handles several allergens. We do not offer “free-from” or allergen-free products unless a page on this site clearly says so.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. For other losses, we are not liable for indirect loss (including lost enjoyment of a party date we did not agree in writing). If goods are faulty, your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply: goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
Events outside our control
Courier failure, extreme weather, illness in a small bakery, or ingredient shortages may delay a bake. We will tell you. Your options are wait, or a refund if we cannot fulfil.
Use of the site
Do not misuse the checkout, scrape the site, or place orders with false details.
Privacy
How we use personal data is in our Privacy policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a UK consumer.
