Every roll
The bun: wheat flour, butter (milk), sugar, brown sugar, whole milk, cream (milk), egg, yeast, salt, cinnamon, vanilla.
Original Glazed
The frosting is icing sugar and water only. No cream cheese. No extra topping.
Contains wheat, milk and egg.
Topped rolls (Biscoff, Nutella, Pistachio, Dulce de leche)
The frosting is cream cheese frosting mixed with the topping. Cream cheese frosting: sugar, vegetable oils (rapeseed, palm), oligofructose, skimmed milk powder, glycerol, water, flavouring, emulsifier (polysorbate 60), preservative (potassium sorbate), acidity regulator (disodium phosphate). Contains cream cheese (milk). May also contain gluten, egg and soya.
Biscoff
The bun and cream cheese frosting, mixed with Lotus Biscoff spread and Lotus Biscoff biscuits.
Biscoff spread: caramelised biscuits 58% (wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (palm, rapeseed), candy sugar syrup, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate), soya flour, salt, cinnamon), rapeseed oil, sugar, emulsifier (soya lecithin), acid (citric acid).

Nutella
The bun and cream cheese frosting, mixed with Nutella.
Nutella: sugar, palm oil, hazelnuts (13%), skimmed milk powder (8.7%), fat-reduced cocoa (7.4%), emulsifier: lecithins (soya), vanillin.

Pistachio
The bun and cream cheese frosting, mixed with pistachio cream.
Pistachio cream: pistachio kernels (45%), sugar, sunflower oil, palm fat, skimmed milk powder, sweet whey powder (milk), lactose (milk), emulsifier: lecithins, natural flavouring. May contain soya, peanuts and other nuts.
Also contains cream cheese (milk) and pistachio (tree nuts).
Dulce de leche
The bun and cream cheese frosting, mixed with dulce de leche (milk caramel).

Mixed 6 and Friday gift, two boxes
May include Original Glazed (icing sugar and water, no cream cheese) and any topped roll (cream cheese frosting mixed with the topping). Treat the box as containing every flavour we make, including cream cheese (milk), wheat, egg, soya, hazelnuts and pistachio.
