Shipping policy

UK delivery only. We bake in Cornwall and post to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not deliver outside the UK.

When it goes out

Order by Tuesday. Posted Thursday. With you Friday. This is the same service for every UK order. We do not offer Express, next-day every day, or a slower cheap rate.

What it costs

Standard delivery is £4.95. Orders over £25.00 are free. Checkout shows this as Posted Thursday, delivered Friday.

What you will receive

A box of fresh cinnamon rolls packed to travel. Keep the box out of heat. Someone should be in to take it in. We are not responsible for rolls left in a communal hallway, a hot porch, or a parcel shop beyond our control.

If we will miss Friday

If we will miss the Friday you were shown, we will email you. We will not invent a guaranteed next-day promise we cannot keep.

Wrong or incomplete address

Use a full UK address that can take a food parcel. If a box comes back to us because of an address error, we may charge for a second dispatch or refund minus shipping, depending on whether the food is still fit to send.

Failed delivery

If the courier cannot deliver, follow their card or tracking. Email hello@thecinnamondoughhouse.co.uk with your order number if it has not moved.
